Projects

Automated Four-Bar Linkage Design using Neural Networks

2026
  • Developed a machine learning pipeline in Python to predict four-bar linkage dimensions from user-drawn coupler paths.
  • Built an image-processing workflow using OpenCV to convert hand-drawn paths into neural-network readable trajectory data.
  • Generated synthetic training datasets through forward kinematics of random valid linkage parameters for supervised learning.

Exoskeleton Design: Lower Limb Development & Spine Biomechanical Research

2025–2026
  • Researched human movement, gait, and joint behaviour alongside existing exoskeleton designs to identify design requirements for lower-limb and spine assistive devices.
  • Studied spinal loading and posture mechanics, with early-stage concept exploration for a spine assistive device.
  • Developed and evaluated design concepts for a lower-limb exoskeleton, selecting a direction based on biomechanical fit.
  • Validated the chosen design through dynamic modelling and structural simulation (OpenSim, ANSYS Workbench), producing a preliminary CAD model.

Self-Initiated Ergonomic Accessory Design

2025–2026
  • Designed a height and tilt adjustable phone stand tailored to specific ergonomic requirements.
  • Refined through multiple digital and physical iterations, with the final design validated through daily use.
  • Designed a foldable, height-adjustable laptop stand around ergonomic and thermal constraints, pending physical validation.

Refractory Bricks from Mining Waste

2025
  • Developed sustainable refractory brick compositions using mining waste for high-temperature engineering applications.
  • Designed and fabricated a custom thermal testing setup to evaluate heat resistance and material performance.
  • Worked on material selection, testing methodology, and practical feasibility for industrial use cases.

SAG Web Application Design

2023–2024
  • Led UI/UX design for a student activity web platform, applying user research and product-thinking to translate user needs into intuitive workflows and clean information architecture.
  • Developed design language, interface consistency standards, and user-flow logic across platform modules.

Leadership

Founder & Captain — Tech Bizz Club

2022–2025
  • Co-founded a student technical club to promote hands-on engineering and problem-solving culture.
  • Worked on and mentored several student-led technical projects across mechanical, electronics, and software domains.
  • Organised innovation challenges, design competitions, technical workshops, and high-participation engineering events.
  • Led cross-functional student teams, coordinated club operations, and executed initiatives with minimal resources.
